How long does the Waterproof Matte Lipstick last?
Our Waterproof Matte Lipstick has a long-lasting, waterproof formula made for all-day wear without smudging or fading. It sets to a smooth, velvety matte finish with rich color in one application.

How long do your lip products last once opened?
Our Waterproof Matte Lipstick lasts 12 months after opening when stored properly. Keep the cap tightly closed and store it away from heat and direct sunlight.

How do I remove long-wear lipstick?
Because it's made to last, a little extra help makes removal easier. An oil-based makeup remover or micellar water works well. Hold it on your lips for a few seconds, then gently wipe.

What's the difference between your lip glosses?
Our Vegan Lip Gloss gives high shine with rich color. Our Vegan Plumping Lip Gloss adds shine and gives the look of fuller lips, with shea butter and jojoba oil to keep lips soft. You can wear either one on its own or layer it over lipstick.

What comes in the 3-in-1 Lip Kit?
A lip liner, a liquid lip color, and a creamy lipstick, all in one matching shade. Line your lips with the liner, then fill in with either the liquid lip color for bold, long-lasting color or the lipstick for a creamy finish.

SHADES

How do I choose my shade?
Each product page includes a description of every shade. If you're between two shades, a nude or rosy shade close to your natural lip color is an easy everyday choice, while deeper reds and berries make a bolder statement.

Do the shades look the same in person as on the website?
We work to show our colors as accurately as possible, but shades can look different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and skin tone. Please use our shade descriptions as a guide along with the photos.

INGREDIENTS AND SAFETY

Are your products vegan?
Yes. Our lip products are made with vegan ingredients, without animal-derived ingredients.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
We recommend a patch test before using any new cosmetic. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. If you notice redness, itching, or irritation, stop using the product. If you have known allergies, please review the ingredient list on the packaging before use.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50.

Can I change my order after I place it?
Email us at support@jchristinebeauty.com within 24 hours of placing your order, with "Order Change" and your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best to update it before it ships.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

What if my package arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and the damaged items, and we'll send a replacement.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. And if a shade isn’t right for you on your first order, we’ll exchange it once. Email support@jchristinebeauty.com to start a return or exchange.
